Delivery and assembly
After payment confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date for your order. The delivery service operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Available delivery times and shipping costs for each product are displayed at checkout and include assembly.
For orders to the Islands (Azores and/or Madeira), delivery is free for orders equal to or greater than €200, up to the freight forwarder (Porto), not including product assembly/application. The remaining process and associated costs from there are the customer's responsibility.
Orders under €50 - €9.90 (assembly service not included).

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order can be brought into the intended room, always through the interior of the home. Due to its characteristics (dimensions/volume), always pay attention to the access routes from the street to the division of the house. In situations requiring a new delivery date, associated costs may be charged to the customer. In case of doubt, please contact us.
We do not assemble, apply, or adapt our products to items from other brands or existing customer items. Installation is performed exclusively on products supplied by our company.
The estimated delivery times are between 2-45 business days, as individually indicated for each product and available at checkout. These times may vary depending on product characteristics, destination, volume, finish, raw material stock, and/or specific times of the year.
For orders with two or more products with different delivery dates, the later delivery date will be assumed. You may receive/request separate orders, on different dates, with the associated costs and subject to special conditions.
In the event of any anomaly being detected in the received items, the customer must immediately report the occurrence through customer support.
Claims for damages caused by the logistics operator can only be submitted within a maximum of 3 business days.
