delivery and assembly
After payment confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a favorable date for receiving your order. The delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Available delivery times and shipping costs for each product are shown at order checkout and include assembly.
In orders to the Islands (Azores and/or Madeira) delivery is free of charge on orders worth €200 or more, to the Freight Forwarder (Port), not including the assembly/application of the products. The customer is responsible for the remaining process and associated costs thereafter.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order enters the intended compartment, always from inside the home. Due to its characteristics (dimensions/volume), always pay attention to the access points from the street to the room of the house. In situations that require a new delivery date, the associated costs may be charged to the customer. If in doubt, get in touch.
Expected delivery times are between 2-45 business days, as indicated individually on each product and available at checkout. These deadlines may vary depending on the characteristics of the product, destination, volume, finishing, raw material stock and/or specific times of the year.
In orders with two or more products, with different delivery dates, the superior delivery date is assumed. You may receive/request separate orders, on different dates, with associated costs and subject to special conditions.
If any type of anomaly is detected in the items received, the customer must immediately report the occurrence through customer service.
It will only be possible to submit claims for damages caused by the logistics operator within a maximum period of 3 working days.
