delivery and assembly
After payment confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date that is convenient for you. Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The available delivery timeframes and shipping costs for each product are shown at checkout and include assembly.
For orders to the islands (Azores and/or Madeira), delivery is free for orders of €200 or more, up to the freight forwarder (Port of Mainland Portugal). Assembly/installation is not included. The customer is responsible for the remaining process and any costs from that point onward.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order can be brought into the desired room via internal access. Due to the size/volume of some items, please ensure that all passageways from the street to the room are suitable. If a new delivery date is required due to access issues, additional costs may be charged.

Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 45 business days, depending on the specific product and indicated at checkout. These timeframes may vary based on the product's characteristics, destination, volume, finish, availability of raw materials, and/or specific periods of the year.
For orders including two or more products with different delivery dates, the latest delivery date will apply. It is possible to request separate deliveries on different dates, subject to applicable fees and special conditions.
If any product anomaly is detected upon delivery, the customer must report it immediately via our customer support service.
Claims for damage caused by the logistics provider must be submitted within 3 business days.
