You can't know if the Emma is the mattress for you without trying it in the comfort of your own home.
Receive your Emma at home, remove her from the box, place her on your bed and try her out. From the day of delivery, you can use Emma for 100 nights. If you do not adapt, please contactajuda@colchaoemma.pt or by phone 308812425. We will refund your money in full at no additional cost.
The Emma Original guarantee
All mattresses produced by Emma have a 10-year warranty, this warranty covers the stability, durability and core of the mattress. This guarantee is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress for up to 10 years of use within Emma's terms and conditions.
If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate your warranty, please contactajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the anomaly you found or the affected part of the product, we will then send you a new product ASAP.
The warranty covers:
- Cracks and deformations in the foam that may be the result of packaging.
- Defects in the seams or closures of the cover.
For the mattress to return to its original shape, you will have to wait 5 hours. If you cannot open the box upon delivery, you can store your mattress in its original packaging and vacuum-packed for up to 4 weeks.
