Receive your Emma at home, remove it from the box, place it on your bed, and try it out. From the day of delivery, you can use Emma for 100 nights. If you don't adapt to it, please contact ajuda@colchaoemma.pt or call 308812425. We will refund your money in full without any additional costs.
The Emma mattress warranty.
All mattresses produced by Emma come with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers the stability, durability, and core of the mattress. This warranty is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress for 10 years of use under Emma's terms and conditions.
If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate its warranty, please contact ajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the anomaly you found or the affected part of the product. We will then send you a new product as soon as possible.
The warranty covers:
- Cracks and deformations in the foams that may result from their packaging.
- Defects in the seams or zippers of the cover.
For the mattress to return to its original shape, you will have to wait 5 hours. If you cannot open the box at the time of delivery, you can store your mattress in its original packaging and vacuum-sealed for up to 4 weeks.
