The Original Emma Guarantee

All mattresses produced by Emma have a 5 year warranty, this warranty covers the stability, durability and core of the mattress. This guarantee is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress up to 5 years of use within Emma's terms and conditions .

If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate its guarantee, please contact Ajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the anomaly you found or the affected part of the product, we will then send you a new product ASAP.

The warranty covers:

• Cracks and deformations in the foam that may be the result of packaging.
• Defects in the seams or closures of the cover

100 trial nights

It's not possible to know if the Emma is the mattress for you without trying it in the comfort of your own home.

Receive your Emma Original at home, remove it from the box, place it on your bed and try it on. From the day of delivery, you can use Emma for 100 nights. If you do not adapt, please contact Ajuda@colchaoemma.pt or by phone 308812425 . We will refund your money in full at no additional cost.
