All mattresses produced by Emma have a 10 year warranty, this warranty covers the stability, durability and core of the mattress. This warranty is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress for up to 10 years of use within Emma's terms and conditions .

If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate its guarantee, please contact Ajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the anomaly you found or the affected part of the product, we will then send you a new product ASAP.

The warranty covers:

• Cracks and deformations in the foam that may be the result of packaging.
• Defects in the seams or closures of the cover
