When you receive it, simply take it out of the box, unroll it and remove the protective plastic . The mattress will immediately begin to regain its shape. We recommend waiting a few hours for it to fully expand , although many people choose to use it on the very first night. This shipping method also allows us to reduce the volume during transport , which helps to lower the environmental impact of deliveries.

If you choose delivery by a Cabeceiras.pt team, the mattress will be delivered inside your home, to the room indicated.

If you choose express delivery by carrier, the mattress will be delivered, in its original box (rolled up), to the main door of the building.

How can I clean my Kappiton mattress? Can I remove the cover?

The cover is removable and washable at 40ºC. This keeps the Kappiton hygienic and gives dust mites zero chance.

What is the total height of the mattress?

The Kappiton AeroFlow Hybrid has a total height of 23cm, combining two layers of foam of different densities with pocket springs for complete hybrid comfort.

How does the warranty work?

Your Kappiton mattress includes a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, such as sagging, loose stitching, or foam issues.

The warranty begins on the date of delivery and covers normal use.
