The Emma Diamond Degree Hybrid Mattress was developed for very demanding and hot people. At 27cm high, this is a mattress with layers of foam, pocket springs and dual temperature regulation technology for a restful sleep.

1- PolarLuxe Cover: The most premium cover, with extra padding and instant skin cooling, quickly absorbs and transfers heat away from the body, keeping you cool all night long. Removable and washable.
2 - Diamond Cool foam [3cm, 50 kg/m³]: The most advanced Emma foam, with graphite particles to absorb excess heat and help your body cool down on its own to reach the ideal sleeping temperature.
3 - HRXComfort Foam [6cm, 30 kg/m³]: The layer that maintains balance and provides the right level of firmness.
4 - AeroFlex Springs [12cm, 250/m²]: Durable Aeroflex springs are made from high-carbon, individually encapsulated springs. Designed with different support zones for different parts of your body.
5 - HRXSupport Foam [5cm, 30 kg/m³]: The layer that provides a lot of support.
6 - The layer that keeps everything in place [0.5cm]: The non-slip bottom cover keeps your mattress perfectly positioned on the bed.

It’s impossible to know if Emma is the mattress for you without trying it out in the comfort of your own home.
Receive your Emma at home, remove it from the box, place it on your bed and try it out. From the day of delivery, you can use Emma for 100 nights. If you don't like it, please contact ajuda@colchaoemma.pt or call 308812425. We will refund your money in full with no additional costs.
The Emma mattress guarantee
All mattresses produced by Emma come with a 10-year guarantee, which covers the stability, durability and core of the mattress. This guarantee is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress until 10 years of use within Emma's terms and conditions.
If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate its warranty, please contact ajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the defect you found or the affected part of the product, we will then send you a new product as soon as possible.
The warranty covers:
- Cracks and deformations in foams that may be the result of their packaging.
- Defects in the cover’s seams or fasteners.
For the mattress to return to its original shape, you will have to wait 5 hours. If you are unable to open the box upon delivery, you can store your mattress in its original packaging and vacuum-packed for up to 4 weeks.
