All mattresses produced by Emma have a 10-year warranty, this warranty covers the stability, durability and core of the mattress. This guarantee is valid from the date you receive your Emma mattress for up to 10 years of use within Emma's terms and conditions .
If you have a problem with your mattress and wish to activate your warranty, please contact us Ajuda@colchaoemma.pt and send us a photo of your mattress with the anomaly you found or the affected part of the product, we will then send you a new product as quickly as possible.
The warranty covers:
- Cracks and deformations in the foam that may be the result of packaging.
- Defects in the seams or closures of the cover
